In Pro- Seminar I, the first core assignment was a great way for me to compile and integrate all of the highlights of what I've learned through my journey in the OGL program with Arizona State. I started this program in January 2020, twenty years after I graduated from high school. I chose Organizational Leadership as a major because I currently work with student leaders at the high school I work for. This specific course has solidified the choice I made to become an educator.
The below artifact is Core Assignment 1 where I had to look back and organize my key learnings from my OGL courses. The first column highlights the concepts, theories, best practices, assignments, discussions, etc. The second column will go into depth about my professional and/or personal application to the course. Lastly, the third column will give examples of the artifacts that illustrates tangible connections to personal and professional transformations.
