WHY DID I CHOOSE ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP?I'm Jocelyn South and I am an Associated Student Body (ASB) Accounting Technician for Sage Creek High School in Carlsbad, California. Although I have been in finance for nearly 15 years, I decided to go back to school to obtain my Bachelor's of Arts in Organizational Leadership through Arizona State University online in January 2020. I've decided to pivot from finance to education with the goal of becoming a teacher for a leadership class at the secondary level. I will be graduating Summa Cum Laude in August 2021 and will enter a teaching credential program with National University in the Winter of 2021.
