As a leader, it is up to us to communicate our mission, goals and ideas with our team. I have been working on increasing my ability to speak to students since I plan to teach after I obtain my BA in OGL. As the Accounting Technician, I have been able to connect with our ASB students which has help to realize I want to teach. Being a positive mentor for them and discussing our experiences in life will allow us all to grow.
