During this major, I learned to be a true leader at home and in the workplace. I realized there was much more to being a manager than telling people what to do. I know there's a balance between possessing interpersonal skills and having the educational knowledge to do my job effectively.

Pro-Seminar I
This course has allowed me to reflect on my experiences to become a better leader through my OGL courses. Creating this EP has been challenging yet fulfilling as I know I have come a long way since the beginning of my educational journey.

Pro-Seminar II
As a mother of two small children and the spouse of a retired Marine, I believe I have the grit to see my goals to fruition. I started taking courses through ASU after graduating high school 21 years ago. I will be graduating with honors, Summa Cum Laude, and I do not plan to stop there. I want to continue to prepare myself to be the best ASB teacher I can possibly be. This course will enable me to be ready for the challenges.
